Glass night lamp „ice cube” by Peill & Putzler, Germany, 1960s

A well-known and recognizable German lighting brand in the 1960s launched a whole series of small „ice” glass lamps. The name is most apt, because each of them, despite the variety of shapes, had a common denominator. They looked like they were made of ice. This alone produced an unexpected aesthetic effect.

Lamps small, but heavy, shining broken on uneven, thick icy edges.

An exceptional effect, unfortunately not reproducible in our photos. In real life it is much better with her. Please believe me.

The lamp is in perfect condition.

A shines light bulb with a small thread.

Height: 15 cm

Depth: 15 cm

Width: 15 cm
